At present, I work as an email support in a multi-million company selling merchandise world wide. Most of my clients are involved in the retail industry from health products, house hold items, fashion and many others. I provide exceptional customer support in their daily business operations and other admin tasks.
I am an e-commerce enthusiast especially in the drop shipping business so I totally understand that handling customers with that kind of business model is hard for owners.
